? Providing support in following up on project leads received from different sources and analysis our product capabilities in meeting the project requirements. Coordinating with pre-qualification team by providing technical specifications of products to be sent along with the submittals. ? Providing technical inputs during the development phase of new products and technical support on new product specifications to consultants and contractors while emphasizing on how the product would suit the project requirements. Also, supporting marketing activities by participating in trade shows, exhibitions to resolve customers’ technical queries. ? Following up internally the production schedule with Supply-Chain for Export orders to make sure it is in line with our commitments with customers. Coordinating and participating in third-party inspections for the pipes to facilitate the customer.

? Monitoring and managing the generation of export/local sales with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new prospects, tracking sales volumes and leads. Diligently follow up with the customers on the quotations submitted to convert it into sales order. ? Regulating complete process of pre-qualification, proposals for tenders, submission and post tender clarifications. ? Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely, competitive quotes and verifying technical compliance as per project requirement. ? Liaising with delivery team and logistics to ensure on time and correct material delivery at the same time arranging and preparing shipping documents (invoice and packing list) for export customers.
Highlights: ? Played a key supporting role both technical and commercially in generating sales more than 2 million (AED) for a prestigious project in Kazakhstan. ? Successfully managed to handle different Adhoc projects in Africa assigned to me ensuring on time delivery in a limited time frame which helped in achieving the overall department sales objective. ? Reduced the overall shipping cost of a customer by re-calculating the nesting model of no. of pipes in a container and suggesting best alternative using mathematical calculation.
