• Prepare Export LC documents & Import LC drafts, making correspondence with bank.
• Send sale invoices to customers based on delivery orders as per their purchase orders.
• Enter bank receipt entries against export LC's as well as other invoices.
• Prepare debtors credit notes.
• Prepare customer aging report and communicate to the relevant sale engineers for internal reporting.
