Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator/Receptionist
1. Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in person or via phone.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff.
- Manage security protocols (sign-in procedures, badge access, visitor logs).
- Handle mail and package deliveries (incoming/outgoing).
