Summary of Career
1. Handled HR and Administration generalist function and undertaking individual responsibility for recruitment, induction, Employee Relations, facilities management, travel desk management and visa coordination and Insurance.
2. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel- related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, designation, salary wise, absenteeism rates, separations etc.
3. Co-ordinate with Accounts department on payroll, payments etc., for the staff and employees.
4. Issuing passports for vacation, local purpose and visa renewing.
5. Joining formalities for new employees and assigning their respective allocation, ensuring timely issuance of Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Salary Revision, Promotion Letters and Project Assignment Slips
6. Working in close relation with Project Managers for new joiners in order to transfer to designated or assigned sites; forwarding joining reports with all necessary documents to personnel department for employment visa processing.
7. Taking care of insurance(s) for the visa purposes; also coordinating the issuance of ID cards for the new joining employee’s, acquiring their cash advance, sending them for medical, etc.
8. Resolving employee related data problems from the system; coordinating Staff Attendance.
9. Maintain Monthly summary of Visas / Labour Cards & renewals from sites. Monthly summary of vehicle registration and renewals from Plant.
10. Maintain Leave / Benefits statements for all staff and employees
