The successful candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations across both our Dubai office and factory operations in the Northern Emirates.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable working closely with factory employees, managing on-site HR activities, and handling end-to-end recruitment and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar and white-collar candidates.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave management, and annual leave tracking.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure all HR records are maintained in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Support payroll-related HR administration and employee data management.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for factory workers and office staff.
Address employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Build strong relationships with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Support disciplinary procedures and investigations when required.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Regularly visit and work from the factory location in the Northern Emirates.
Manage HR activities directly related to factory operations and workforce management.
Handle workforce issues, employee engagement, attendance concerns, and labor-related matters on-site.

Requirements
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 5-6 years on UAE interior fit-out sites as site engineer, project engineer or assistant PM; has run at least three jobs under a senior PM.
• Can build and update a programme in MS Project or Excel; reads architectural, joinery and MEP drawings.
• Organised, writes clearly, comfortable holding subcontractors to dates. • UAE driving licence.
• Ambition to grow into a full project manager role.

Responsibilities
• Own assigned projects from internal kick-off to handover, working to the baseline programme set with Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendor installation teams and site supervisors daily; sequence the trades.
• Prepare the weekly progress report and two-week look-ahead; present at the weekly site review.
