We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in enterprise datacenter operations and high-availability systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale IT infrastructure and ensuring maximum resilience for mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Virtualization & High Availability: Administer Stratus everRun (fault-tolerant systems), VMware ESXi, and Microsoft Hyper-V failover clusters
• Storage Management: Manage Seagate Exos X SAN systems (15+ PB), RAID 6 configurations, and storage allocation
• Database & Continuity: Maintain SQL Server 2019 Always On Availability Groups and ensure data center/disaster recovery (DC/DR) stability
• Hardware Optimization: Monitor and optimize Supermicro server nodes (Intel Xeon Gold, NVMe) and manage IPMI interfaces
• Networking: Troubleshoot MPIO configurations with round-robin paths and manage dedicated storage VLANs
• Directory Services: Administer Active Directory (CCTV.local domain), ensuring PDC/SDC synchronization
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, System Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise datacenter administration and petabyte-scale storage
• Strong background in high-availability and mission-critical systems
Certifications (Preferred):
• MCSE (Core Infrastructure)
• Microsoft Azure Stack Hub Operator
Additional Experience (Preferred):
• Experience with Genetec Security Center or large-scale video surveillance systems
Technical Skills:
• Expert knowledge of iSCSI/SAN, VLAN isolation, and NIC Teaming (LACP)
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server Datacenter Edition and SQL Server listeners
• Hands-on experience with rack-mounted hardware (U.2 NVMe, SAS SSDs, PSU redundancy)
