  Design
  • Evaluated site requirements and meeting with architects, designers to discuss design ideas
  • Created detailed design drawings for HVAC ducting, plumbing & drainage systems, firefighting system, sewage/water treatment plans using AutoCAD & Revit MEP; read and interpret blueprints/diagrams
  • Application and selection of HVAC equipment, and firefighting equipment such as chiller, FAHU, FCU, VRF, diffuser, sprinkler and smoke detector
  • Reviewed and analyzed specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs
  • Revised drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancement
  • Heat Load calculation using HAP software and ASHRAE standards
  Installation
  • Defined day to day work including: allocation of staffs, activity scheduling, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources
  • Installation of HVAC and firefighting system based on the drawing
  • Supervised the work carried out is as per approved drawing, within the scheduled time

  • Document all the rules and regulations for the safety equipments and ensure that the safety equipments are all placed at the specified place
  Maintenance
  • Preventive Maintenance tasks to improve endurance of HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units) and Fire Fighting systems (Fire extinguisher, sprinkler, fire alarm, damper,sprinkler)
  • Corrective Maintenance and responded to emergency situations like leaks, noise, smoke, fire and improper drainage
