  Participates in incident control during accidents or emergencies in the Gas Plants. Investigates incidents and prepares an independent assessment of cause, results and measures to be taken to prevent future occurrences.
  Investigates as assigned incidents of environmental pollution, participates in the control of clean-up operations using available equipment and personnel. Prepares reports on such incidents.

  Investigating the causes of accidents and incidents in accordance with the requirements of documented procedures. Ensure the corrective / preventive action is taken and verified as appropriate to prevent reoccurrence.
  Attend project safety meetings and committees as agreed with the Client. Liaise with project HSE and operations staff regarding issues raised.
