Summary of Career
1. Product Development is the Major part of this job.
2. To work on customer inquiries and offer them prices after costing by keeping a good profit for organization.
3. After receiving Purchase order from customer arrange material accordingly, (Like fabric sourcing, yarn sourcing, other material included). Proper follow up on our Chinese suppliers.
4. After order booking to issue Production Plan for customer and Production Order for Production unit which includes all the details and specs to start production properly.
5. Coordinate with yarn procurement department to arrange yarn for booked order and follow up until yarn receive at mill on need date.
6. Coordinate with production team to start production on time and follow up until complete order quantity produce on time.
7. To work on new developments and also to observe technical fabric production and their faults.
8. Declare consumption's of every article for custom clearance.
9. Maintain Mill file and reconcile whole orders with accounts department at month End
10. Follow up each & every order till completion & Provide administration assistance to Production Manager when needed.
