  Worked as an Internship Trainee from January 2018 to March 2018 at Bearys Turning Point, one of the ambitious projects of Bearys Group located in Mangalore. I undertook my duties reporting to Mr. Soud Ansari, Project Manager of Bearys Turning Point.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
  • Design and create sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD software and hand-drawing skills.
  • Conduct site investigations and analyze data of maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
  • Perform regular site visits, inspections, audits, surveys & prepare status reports according to schedule.
  • Testing soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundation, concrete or steel.
  • Prepare and submit reports for all site memos, measured quantities of work & materials, test results, estimations and invoices.
