1. To coordinate with Project managers, Consultant and Client to maintain steady progress of work with required project quality standards.

2. To raise WIR(work inspection request) for all the civil works and ID works at site and to follow up with consultants for approval.

3. Closure of NCRs & Site observations issued by consultants after the completion of rectification works in coordination with site implementation team.

4. To lead the QA/QC team to maintain proper records of all relevant tests conducted and also inspection request for proper follow up of work

5. To maintain proper standards for all the works carried out at site.

---

6. Follow and conduct all the required tests at site and also with 3rd party undertaking quality standards as per specification for Site works.

7. Ensuring Projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each station.

---

8. Perform user Acceptance Test and Handling Over of projects with Client & Consultants.

---

9. Scheduled and attended site visits to measure and photograph spaces, and review and approve information and installations

---

10. Ensured that agreed work by contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies such as verification of M&E installation.
