Manpower Coordinator, I am responsible to look after the issues related to “Personnel Management” and “Manpower” required for ongoing overseas projects in Abu Dhabi Business Area. In Personnel Management, I am performing the roles of Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Performance Management, Training & Development and Administration I am responsible to perform the following duties:
A) Recruitment & Selection:
• Coordination with Abu Dhabi Office regarding “Personnel Management”.
• To receive the manpower demand from concerned overseas projects and plan accordingly.
• To arrange the interviews of management and non-management staff at Lahore as well as other cities.
• Communicating the policies of company and conveying the terms and conditions of employment to the selected personnel.
