Previously, worked at UCH Power Limited (UPL) adjacent 404MW expansion Power project with Hyundai Engineering. Been part of Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) department for Electrical & Instrumentation Scope. I am quite familiar with Project Management, Project Quality Plan and Engineering controls, Construction and Procurement activities during different phases of project. ? Carried out all inspection and testing requirements of the UCH-II Power Project at all stages as per approved method statements and E&I Specifications.
? Assisted in the initial assessment of the Contractor’s Project Quality Plan (PQP), Request for inspection and testing (RIT’s) & control procedures as they relate to this specific E&I discipline.
? Responsible for monitoring of Contractor to ensure the resolution of Preventive Action request (PAR), Non Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action request (CAR) within specified time which is raised for compliance of quality works.
? Progress reporting of QA/QC works to Manager.
? Carried out surveillance and witness inspections of ongoing E&I installations.
? Implement Integrated Management System (IMS) in my area of responsibilities.
? Responsible for schematic drawings interpretation & manipulation accordingly.
