Summary of Career
1. Leads the construction activities in the site and report to the Project Manager
2. Delegates task to employees, and communicates with subcontractors about the works.
3. Handling all issues arises or a change is needed,suggesting a solution and submitting work order to the Project manger and Client for approval
4. Handling the site as a whole like arranging workers, making programs, handling material and attending weekly site meetings
5. Concrete work: Footing (Isolated & Rafts), Retaining walls, columns, all types of trenches
6. Daily site supervision for the project, according to the set time schedule.
7. Finishing work: flooring, tiling, ceiling, painting and waterproofing works.
8. Communications and Coordination with Project Managers of each parcels regarding civil work to solve any add-hock problems and conflict between civil work, mechanical and electrical works.
9. Daily site supervision for the project and hand over all Bldg. According to the set time schedule.

A. Uniestate Living Bay at Al Marjan Island – RAK (2016 on wards)-Project Amount-200 Million Dhms.
Uniestate, our client is a developer of multiple real estate projects within and outside United Arab Emirates and has recently acquired a project in master development of Marjan Island, called the “UniEstate Living Bay” with a building configuration of G+2P+10T, with a gross builtup area of around 1.2million square feet; the “Project”.
The building is an accumulation of six segments as A1, A2, A3 along the road and T1, T2, T3 perpendicular to it. The project once completed will be having residential apartments majorly and few commercial units along the water front.
