2. • Plan regular inspection of various work areas to identify hazardous work practices and Unsafe working conditions if any and recommend suitable corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risk to minimum acceptance level.

7. • To lead investigations status post accidents/incidents, identifies the causes and advises on improvements in safety standards that need to be made.
8. • To assist Site Management, Site staff, supervisors, and subcontractor’s personnel in emergency preparedness.
9. • Organize Monthly H&S meeting with the Site Management as well as weekly H&S meeting with Consultant/Subcontractors.
10. • Making two weeks ahead JHA and Risk Assessments for each activity.

• The Project involves the construction of the new Military Hospital, for the UAE Armed Forces in Maliha, Sharjah.
• The project consists of a B+G+4 Hospital Facility, Female, Male & Doctors Accommodation, MEP Facility, Armoury Building, Mosque, Gate Houses, Helipad, Ambulance Shelter, Boundary Wall, with all associated site services installations, car parking and access roads, and new landscaping works.
• Scope of work:
• The proposed new hospital consists of one basement level, ground floor entrance level with a feature entrance canopy, and three levels of hospital floor area and fourth floor lecture hall and management and external plant areas. The construction of the Hospital consists of an R.C. frame with varying slab depths, supported on columns and edge perimeter beams with some internal beams. The external envelope is a combination of glass curtain wall, aluminium cladding and an EIFS rendered system.
• The internal works consist of a full fit-out incorporating the reception areas, wards, clinics, operating theatres, Scan/Imaging facilities, kitchens, cafeteria, plant rooms and back of house areas.
• The new hospital is situated on an open area of land inside the grounds of the existing Military facility in Maliha. We are surrounded on all sides by the existing boundary wall with a direct route externally to Maliha/Sharjah highway.
• The Female & Male accommodation is G+4, and the Doctors building G+2. These building are concrete frame construction with a combination of glass curtain wall, aluminium cladding and an EIFS rendered system making up the facade.
