  • Maintaining of bank record and bank reconciliation and to verifying transactions with ERP(Project wise)to ensure cash and banking transactions, online payments &update signatory, current account reconciliation statement & to make adjustment of unadjusted matters.
  • Group account and financial account consolidation area office & under its 6 branch offices.
  • Maintenance of financial reporting project wise at area level and after verification of branch offices reporting to consolidate it and to send it to Head Office.
  • Cash Flow & Fund Management, Payroll, and record keeping of manual Accounts Project wise.
  • E-filling and tax procedure and to withholding tax deduction and paid under given date according to government FBR rules.
  • Maintaining of receipt and expenditure and income statement project wise at area level and verifying transaction all branches project wise.
  • To ensure depreciation of fixed asset properly on monthly biases and reconcile quarterly biases and year ending consolidation of it, and to maintain fixed asset register with depreciation charge on it monthly biases and reconcile it with ERP and FAR and make proper tagging on fixed Asset.
  • To handle all projects finance and accounts related work as per charts of accounts.
  • Procurement and logistic support to Area office and Branch network.
  • Liaison with bank related to company accounts and to assist employees bank related activities.
  • To analyze monthly reporting project wise related to operational work and finance and accounts related work at area level and all branch offices level Project wise.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during internal and external audit.
