Assistant Finance Officer

Wyne Gas is Pakistan based local company major services including supply and distribution of LPG Gas cylinders. My core responsibilities are listed below, however not restricted to only these and can assist team on other if any required.
? Receive, receipt and account for all payments and accurately report this information to the Accounts Manager and management company
? Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements on fortnightly basis as well as for internal and external audit purposes.
? Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing statement of financial position, profit and loss statement, cash flows and other reports.
? Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly personnel payroll.
? Assist Finance Manager in preparing documents for filling the income Tax return of the company.
? Supervising/ preparation of the Bank Payments, Receipt, sales invoices, petty cash, adjustment and related matters.
? Employee salary taxation and Tax on assets.
? Receive daily cash from plant in charge, match with invoices and preparing daily reconciliation of cash sales.
? Correspondence and follow up with distributors.
? Reporting and corresponding with regulatory authorities like FBR and OGRA.
? Daily Dispatch and Plant update report to General Manager.
