TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Finite Element Analysis : Good knowledge in Finite Element Analysis and Methods. Experience in Structural, Thermal and Modal analysis of mechanical components.
2. Linear and Non-Linear FEA Analysis : Worked on system level analysis considering linear and nonlinear
contacts and material properties.
3. Fatigue Analysis & Calculations : Good understanding of HCF/LCF. Experience in Strain
Assessment Matrix (SAM3) and Thermo Mechanical Fatigue (TMF) calculations.
4. Design Optimization : Knowledge of mechanical design and design of experiments. Experience in design optimization of mechanical components using Mesh Morphing tool.
5. FEA validation with testing : Experience in co-relating Test vs FEA fatigue crack (LCF/HCF) locations. Validation of thermal survey data of mechanical component w.r.t FEA predicted temperature data.
