Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for new sites(Towers,rooftops).
Develop and document standard electrical engineering, build practices aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Manage electrical engineering activities for expansion or modification of existing network facilities.
Prepare work orders for implementation by regional field operations groups.
Provide technical support during Installing or operations activities at network locations.Rack level power supply arrangements for telecom equpiments.
Site reliability, including UPS,battery banks and generators.
Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Perform general electrical maintenance.
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
BSC login through Winfoil For checking status of sites and alarm monitoring of RBSC and sites as well as RNC login through Cygwin for checking status and Alarm monitoring of RNC.
Installaion,Commissioning and Integration of RBS and Nodes(2g,3g,4g)using OMT,RBS ELEMENT MANAGER.
Remotely Login of 2g,3g and 4g Nodes Using ROMT AND RBS ELEMENT MANAGER for troubleshooting of all Hardware related and other internal faults in the RBS.
Alarm termination on BTS using OMT (Operation & Maintenance Terminal).
Online technical support provided in case of integration, commissioning, expansion and swapping.
Commissioning and handling of Mini Link Traffic Node(2P, 6P, 20P), OMS 846, Hi-cap, AXX Edge, AXX Connect and Huawei RTN 910,950,980.
• Monitor the execution of scheduled PM for Telecom equipments as per plan for the smooth operation of Network.
• Commissioning, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Of transmission Equipments like
ceragon IP-10, IP-20.
• Handling RBSC’S. Timely AP / CP backups of BSC nodes
• Analyzing and Compiling Network Outage reports on daily basis.
