  AMS Power & Industrial Engineering, an EPC company was established in 1962 and is serving since then. The company has helped me to achieve a higher level of professionalism as I am a part of its Research & Development department for smart and IoT based devices along with industrial automation.
  
  Many of my key responsibilities in the department includes:
  • Develop new and innovative ideas for the upcoming smart products for the company
  • Research and develop the prototypes
  • Design hardware and software of devices
  • Design multi-layer PCB layouts
  • Document the R&D data and prepare test cases for the devices
  • Prepare business plans for smart products
  • Manage all aspects involved in a product development process
  
  During the above-mentioned period of time at my current position I have:
  • Worked on the Vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostic Device
  • Achieved approval for the four new smart products developing
  • Completed troubleshooting of the current version of OBD-II device
  • Worked on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud platform
  • Worked on Raspberry Pi platform
  • Developed the four-layer PCB Layout design for updated version of OBD-II device
  • Played a key role in development of updated version of the company’s product
  • Helped to reduce production cost of the above-mentioned device

  During above mentioned duration, I have worked on three different projects as project lead along with several responsibilities including Hardware and Software design. These projects played a crucial role to enhance my technical skills along with my communication and project handling capabilities in an environment of teamwork. Working on different projects simultaneously has groomed my working attitude to achieve better results in different work situations. I have also developed the habit of listening and learning from my superiors. As a Product design engineer, I have:
  • Successfully implemented three product designs in the field of home automation systems which are in the production
  phase
  • Improved the hardware along with software of the industrial three phase monitoring system
  • Accomplished several goals as Research and Development leader for the past one year
  • Successfully led three product ideas to the development stages as these products proved a promising future in the development of the organization
  • Completed multiple circuit design layouts and led them to the production phase

  • Assured the quality of products from the start of production until the installation of the devices

  • Worked on Visual Studio for C++ programming for the software development requirements of the Variable Frequency Drive and the above-mentioned projects
