• Review Contractors proposed site organization; Planners CV’s and report to the Engineering/Project Manager.

• Review in detail the recovery schedules/action plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are allocated properly.
• Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to Project Manager.
• Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports as submitted by Contractor and report to Project Manager any deficiency or non-compliance.
• Review EOT claim (delay analysis/Time impact analysis) in line with Contract provisions and report assessment to project Manager for EOT Entitlement.
• Review field design changes and Trend Notices and assess time impact, if any.
• Advise the Project Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.
