Summary of Career

1. Accountable for formulating & maintaining Statutory Books of Accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cashbook, Subsidiaries) & MIS Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.


2. Entrusted with the onus of preparing & submitting statements such as Trial Balance, P&L Account, Balance Sheet, and Bank Reconciliation to provide feedback to Leadership on the financial performance of the company.


3. Coordinate efforts in conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible fraud and ensuring compliance with accounting standards; analysing revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure.


4. Responsible for managing million dollars of funds & its disbursement; taking adequate measures such as follow-up with client and fixing up meetings to ensure timely receipt of payments.


5. Judiciously manage outstanding debtors’ balances and Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable within a reasonable TAT; assist in filing the VAT Returns including budget formulation.


6. Address financial objectives, systems, policies & procedures and report variances to facilitate internal financial control; maintain financial data and assist in the preparation of various monthly & yearly financial reports.


7. Establish strong record in reviewing and reconciling backlog of unbalanced financial records


8. Tasked with maintaining staff’s reports and processing the reimbursement claims relating to staff travel & expenses.


9. Contribute in archiving all the transactions in the accounting software with proper documentation of the files


10. Utilize analytical skills in analyzing petty cash transactions and processing it into the accounting system
