Summary of Career

1. Responsible for End to End Recruitment Cycle, Which includes getting requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, facilitating technical interviews


2. Participate/Co-ordinate with and Candidates with Salary Negotiations, Follow Ups, Hand-holding the candidate till Offered and Start.


3. Hands on experience with Job Portals like Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, Daxtra (ATS) and LinkedIn


4. Responsible for recruiting mostly for IT Requirements but also works on some Engineering positions


5. Coordinating with Team Leads, Managers, Delivery Managers and Sales Managers for requirement understanding.


6. Connecting candidates with Account Manager, Technical Person or TA’s (Talent Acquisition Person) for briefing about the client’s requirement and project details.


7. Proactively maintains personal Database/Excel of all the requirements and potential candidates and Submit potential candidates for different relevant positions.


8. Keep track of Offer Release, Background Verification, Drug Tests for the shortlisted candidates.


9. Assists and leads the junior recruiters in getting better understanding of requirements and process


10. Maintaining reports for all open requirements through different clients and active candidates in order to find right candidate for requirement and right position for candidate
