1. • Assist Project Manager in the construction phase of high rise buildings and cold storage plant.

2. • Monitor all procurement activities to ensure they are in accordance with the project and company’s procedures.

3. • Attend technical and commercial biddings and review the BOQ and MEPF plans. Observes all safety measures and work procedures in all works assigned to the trades and contractors.

4. • Ensures that all assigned works are completed according to schedule and priority. •Inspects finished projects and ensures that the quality is highly acceptable as per the engineering standards

5. • Attend and lead the Testing and Commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment’s and approves if the condition, installation and operation are within the engineering standards and operating manufacturer standards

6. • Handling day to day facilities operation in efficiently manner.

7. • Ensures the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment under jurisdiction, i.e. Boilers, Elevators, Emergency Generators, UPS System, Data Server, CCTV System, Public Address System, Precision Air-conditioning Unit (PACU), Refrigeration System (Chillers), HVAC System, Water Pumps, Pressure Tank, Pool Filtration System, Kitchen Fire Suppression System, Gas Line System, Exhaust System, Building Fire Pumps, Sprinkler System and FDAS.

8. • Implements preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation programs, safety programs, environmental and pollution control programs of the properties handled.

9. • Ensures the building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its clients are accordingly complied with at its best.

10. • Responds immediately to any emergency call and acts as a Fire Fighting Team Leader in the event of fire or other emergencies.
