1. I have an extensive experience working with NGOs and International Organizations in the Ferghana Valley (3 countries in Central Asia) for over 8 years, which covered mainly proposal writing, managing the projects & programs in various fields such as poverty eradication through education and microloans, advocacy & human rights protection, disaster management and emergency response.
2. over 10 years of UAE experience in Events Management and Administration sphere.
3. - 3 years of experience at a local NGO (ASDP Nau) which mainly aimed at working at poverty eradication through educating and providing microloans mainly to women headed households (due to civil war in 1991-1996 many families had lost their bread winners).
