  ? Handling SPML’s MEP Division; to document all policies and procedures in the group of Accounts team, along with the preparation of a detailed manual on the functions used on the accounting system.
  ? Preparation of Projects - Profit & Loss A/C.
  ? Delivering forecast and monthly budget.

  ? Assisting VAT team on the queries regarding the compliance as per UAE Vat Law.

  sets-up the budgetary cost control related accounting arrangements.
  ? Scrutinizing and processing of payments to Sub-Contractors according to contract
  and to suppliers according to Purchase Orders.
  ? Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Monitor and processing payments, receipts from scrap materials sold and client’s payments/customers payments and preparing the payroll system.
  ? Auditing Petty Cash Expenditures by scrutinizing the receipts/invoice presented.
  ? Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting documents for all
  financial transactions and ensure proper storage for future reference.
  ? Management of fixed asset registers of all entities to ensure accurate treatment and
  asset depreciation calculation.
  ? Reconciliations of accounts on monthly basis to ensure accuracy of reporting.
