  ? Responsible for fault troubleshooting, Lead and provide technical solutions and recommendation to the plant issues to ensure reliable and safe plant operation.
  ? Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams to address and investigate concerns/disruptions/stoppages and plant process improvement opportunities.
  ? Designing/Developing, reviewing and modifying plant instrumentation from time to time for more smooth process operation and process requirement in compliance with engineering standards, reliability/integrity and safety requirement.
  ? Planning and scheduling of day to day maintenance jobs and their pursuing.
  ? Analysis of instrumentation systems from time to time for their better performance and long life.
  ? Plant Instrumentation Inventory control through effective utilization of SAP.
  ? Planning and scheduling of I&C activities. Prepares master data management of equipment, spares and bill of
  material. Maintain engineering standards and specifications related to E&I.
  ? Development of I&C Scope of Work, preliminary BOQs pertaining to an upcoming project.
  ? Planning and making lists for plant shutdown jobs.
  ? Assisting the I&C team technically and managing resources for activities that are critical in completion of the
  plant shutdown jobs.
  ? Monitoring the progress of activities pertaining to Instrumentation works.
  ? Prepare engineering assessments and engineering designs, conduct troubleshooting and root cause
  failure analyses.
  ? Development of Instrument specification for field devices.
  ? Mentors instrumentation technicians and supervisors in technologies and work practices.
  Experience:
  ? Hands on experience of field Instruments such as temperature, pressure, flow meters, level, switches, I/P converters and control devices/actuators including solenoid valves for pneumatics and hydraulics.
  ? Thorough knowledge of recognizing, reading and drawing Instrumentation P&ID Diagrams, single line diagrams etc.
  ? Practical work experience on analytical analyzers like on belt analyzer for elemental composition of materials on belts, gas analyzers and dust monitoring systems.
  ? Experience on weighing system such as Belt weigh feeders, Rotary feeders, Impact flow meters, Belt weigh feeders, Weigh Bridge and Belt scale.
  ? I&C maintenance experience in air compressors and dryers.
  ? Experience of variable frequency drives.
  ? Installation experience of Fire alarm, CCTV and CO2 System for Coal Mill hazardous areas.
  ? Knowledge of sizing and selection of field instrumentation. Drawing and installation of impulse hookup lines.
  ? Vast experience of Instrument maintenance, repair and calibration knowledge.
  ? Knowledge of DCS architecture. Understanding of installation, testing, loop checks and commissioning with
  associated instruments.
  ? Knowledge of communication methods between DCS main cabinets and field instruments
  ? Aware of safety and rules at work environment.
