1. Ensure that work is completed according to plans, specifications and as per DEWA regulations.

2. Installation, trouble shooting, testing & commissioning and final hand over of high and low voltage power equipment, controls, MCC, switch gears, bus bar and electrical distribution system cables.

3. Installation, trouble shooting, testing & commissioning and final handover of low current devices includes fire alarm, Central battery, building management, telecommunication and security systems.

4. Inspections with the quality control department and consultant for taking approval for the work.

---

5. Extract BOQ’s for the major and minor equipment and prepare material requests forms.

---

6. Attending weekly meeting and site walk with the client, main contractor and the higher management of the company and prepare the MOM for the same.

---

7. Ensure that the work is carried out as per the safety standards and deliver Tools Box Talk (TBT) to the team on various major and minor concerns.

---

8. Involved directly on site with the various subcontractors to input the deliverables and verify their monthly invoices for QS submissions.

---

9. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit it to the planning team as well the higher management.
