  Liaise with consultant/contractor/ client’s quality inspector, engineer or representative if project specification required products and materials factory inspection that need presence of third part laboratory inspection or representative for carrying out testing i.e. NDT testing, chemical analysis, mechanical properties test and surface coating tests.
  Receive customer complaints forms from sales admin department and conduct investigation on the nature of complaint, root cause analysis of problem and recommend immediate corrective action and formulate preventive action to avoid the re occurrence of same nature of complaint.
  Implement continuous improvement activities such as quality improvement to reduce reject and non-conformance product and increase productivity. Build and focus on quality in all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to quality requirements and parameters to achieve trust and customer satisfaction.
  Arrangement of Instrument/ equipment calibration activities both internal & External.
  Arrangement for Third party Testing including chemical, mechanical, LPI, etc.
