1. ? Study/Review of Tender Documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Clients requirement etc. from the tender Documents for proper estimating works.

2. Co-Ordination with QS & material take-off when required.

3. ? Prepare & send RFQ for all the items to all the Approved/Approved Equal Supplier/Sub-Contractor to obtain required Quotations.

4. ? Pricing material & Labor Cost of each BOQ in the Price Comparison Sheets

5. ? Preparing Price Comparison sheet for each system and final cost summary.

---

6. ? Preparing BOQ unit prices as per Tender BOQ format & filling.

---

7. ? Check all the Addendums & Communications received from the client, ensuring all the items are being clarified & considered in the Pricing

---

8. ? Prepare Value Engineering, when required/permitted

---

9. ? Prioritize RFQs that require more time to get Quotation & major cost items.

---

10. ? Attend Pre-Tender meetings Site visit & trainings as scheduled (or) Organized by management.
