  Key Responsibilities:
  ? Understanding the Raw Materials Composition and Nature.
  ? Understanding the Complex Structure of complete Ammonia and Urea Unit.
  ? Determining the Production of Raw materials such as Ammonia (Ammonia section) and its production procedure.
  ? Maintaining the process parameters to optimize the production process in various equipment’s such as Reformers, furnace etc.
  ? Analyzing the utility section and electricity production unit.
  ? Checking out the functionality and parameters form Central Control Room to make sure the process flow is normal and flowrates, temperature and pressure are according to our needs.
  ? Studying the internal Structures and purpose of each equipment employed such as furnace, knockout drums, heat exchangers etc.
  ? Understand the Production of Urea (Product) through the whole process.
  ? Analyzing the finished product constituents and estimation of standards
  ? Making of Daily Progress Reports of Ammonia and Urea Unit.
