Optimization of Engineering PMS to support effective cost management, drive the hotel sustainable programs in conjunction with engineering operations as per Brand standards set by Organisation.

3. Fire Marshal of the property, in charge of Fire Life and Safety system installed in the property, responsible to carry out semi-annually/annually Risk Assessment of the whole property as far as Fire Life and Safety Standards set by Organisation in order to safeguard the Assets.

9. Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed.

Maintain the hotel MEP system and equipment in compliance with IHG corporate standards, local state and national codes and regulations to ensure the safety, convenience and satisfaction of all guests, and employees therefore, protecting the asset and maintain the property in first class condition.
