1. Required to prepare daily activities logs for ongoing project.

2. Responsible for all documentation work of ongoing project.

3. On receipt of new project, identify materials required for projects from the BOQ, drawings and specifications.

4. Material submittals for Client Approval.

5. Responsible for the assurance of the work is accordance with the required specifications and drawings.

6. Coordination of the next priority activities with the clients and suppliers.

7. Studying drawings for civil (architectural & structural Drawings), electrical, plumbing.

8. Executing finishing works like painting, PVC, Ceramic and floor tiling, Gypsum wall, Gypsum ceilings, Glass partitions, Interior/Exterior cladding work, joinery works, electrical and plumbing works.

9. Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors for the project.

10. Responsible for performing inspection and testing according to project quality plan.
