2. Work with technicians and other personnel to implement operating procedures and provide technical information.

3. Investigate and resolve equipment failures and diagnosed faulty operation

4. Implement the maintenance and safety procedures, preventive maintenance schedule and identify parts required to maintain equipment in the prescribed condition

5. Take direct calls from call centre to get complaints from the tenants in the property and assigned it to a specific technical group

6. Make check in and check out of the apartments and offices in the property

7. Prepare weekly maintenance schedule work and assigned it.

8. Prepare PPM planned preventive maintenance for all facilities

9. Responsible for all materials record and make a make report of the stock
