1. Review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, schedules/program of works, etc.

2. Preparation and submission of ITP (Inspection & Testing Plan), Project Quality Plan (PQP), Method of Statement, Quality Procedures for consultant’s approval. Contribute to and facilitate best practice QA/QC procedures and develops monitoring programs for inspections, testing and samples in line with the construction team.

3. To implement QA/QC management system for the smooth flow and on time completion of all activities.

4. To check all incoming material to be in accordance with approved samples & submittals and relevant standards and report for material discrepancy.

5. Conduct Inspection of activities of construction and Testing works as required by Inspection and Test Plan to verify Product conformity and full compliance with Engineering drawings, Project specifications, Codes and standards.

6. To ensure that all the ducting, chilled water and refrigerant piping installation works has been carried out in accordance with the relevant standards like SMACNA, ASME and Project technical specification. Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site. Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning works of Plumbing system viz., Drainage, Water supply, LPG and Fire Fighting system.

7. Leads in the inspection and monitoring of the project site activities for compliance to the Quality Assurance / Quality Control standards. Well experienced in scheduling, coordination and detailed inspections of pre-commissioning, testing & commission and TAB works for the entire HVAC ducting, piping and BMS system.

8. Prepare and submission of CPA’s for the NCR & SIN and check for the rectification works accordingly relating to Product, Process Investigation Root analysis and initiate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of NCR.

9. Expertise in conducting false clearance, Snagging and De-snagging inspections at required stage of the project. Following up with vendors for Submission of As Built Drawings, O& M manual, Warranty certificate of Equipments & Training to Client operational team for system handover. Review and submit the project closeout documents as per project requirements.

10. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality reports/Schedule. Attend weekly/monthly progress review & Quality meeting with the Client. Attending Authority inspections as per projects schedule. Preparation of (Site Delivered materials) Material inspection report (MIR) & getting approval from consultant. Attending all the testing & commissioning of MEP services.
