Financial Operations Oversight – Supervise day‑to‑day finance workflows, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and compliance across all transactions.
Budgeting & Cost Control – Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking variances, and implementing measures to optimize operational costs.
VAT & IFRS Compliance – Oversee VAT computation, filing, and record‑keeping in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements, while maintaining strict adherence to IFRS standards.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management – Manage supplier payments, client invoicing, and receivables follow‑up to maintain healthy cash flow.
Payroll Administration – Coordinate salary processing, benefits allocation, and related HR finance activities with accuracy and confidentiality.
Audit & Reporting – Prepare periodic financial statements and reports; liaise with auditors to ensure smooth reviews and full regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and introduce automation or system enhancements to improve accuracy and turnaround times.
