As a Quality Control Engineer my duties are to ensuring the quality of the products i-e quality checking of PET, PP Straps that tensile strength, elongation, width and thickness of strapping and all other parameters are according to the customers need. I also assure the quality of PET Flakes by doing different quality check methods . Assure product quality by establishing and enforcing quality procedures recommending improved processes and techniques.Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality testing of raw material and finishing product. Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planing.

The Premier Sugar Mills & Distillery Co. Ltd is the largest sugar factory in Asia and has added a sugar beet plant to complement the cane plant. The cane plant has a crushing capacity of 4,500 ton per day.
As a Trainee Engineer I worked as a team member and follow the guidelines and instructions of manager and deliver to the best of my abilities.I learn professional behavior and mannerism from the trainee ship. Worked with production team and learn different steps of how sugar is produce and also take practical knowledge of Instrumentation and Control.
