1. Responsible for supervision of all Construction activities

2. To attend Site meeting and Coordination b/w client & contractor

3. To prepare Work Inspection Requests and to get them approved from client

---

4. Review all scopes of work on site and plan the work accordingly

---

5. Assist and review the Quality of the Installation on daily bases and ensure a high-level is maintained

---

6. Monitor and assist the quality and quantity of the work is required to achieve the schedules

---

7. Arrange and assist and plan all support staff e.g. surveyor teams, logistics, QA QC, safety

---

8. Highlight any Design Issues/ Clashes and inform construction managers

---

9. To ensure all logistic requirements to carry the works are available, establish what plant and equipment is required by the fixing crews

---

10. Assist and review the ITP and ensure workers inspected accordingly

---
