1. • Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works

2. • Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and BOQ

3. • Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and a pre–determined manpower production rates

4. • Preparing Price comparison sheet for each system and final cost summary

---

5. • Preparing BOQ unit prices as per tender BOQ format and filling

---

6. • Organize / take part in bid initiation & review meeting

---

7. • All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors

8. • Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project

9. • Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details

10. • Ensure that Clients pricing and technical tender schedules are complete and accurate
