1. Registration and Billing for the Clients who come for the Company Medical Checkup

2. Check the prices of investigations and services which are suggested to the patient by the doctor.

3. Check the insurance coverage of investigations and services which are suggested to the patient by the doctor.

4. Check the eligibility of insurance card holders for deferent benefits like dental, optical, maternity, Lab tests, Radiology Procedures, etc.

5. Coordinate with medical coding department and insurance department to reduce the insurance claim rejections.

6. Check patient’s insurance coverage and copayment details. ? Checks the credit balance for each patient daily for the need of extra deposits, and follow-up referral letters from admissions

7. Follows up the medical reports to support the further approval needed by any company/insurance companies

---

8. Prepares deposit request for those who are in need of additional deposit for cash patient and for credit patient which was disapproved upon admission.

9. Checks and edits each and every patient account file if all charges are properly entered

---

10. Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.
