Summary of Career
1. I have 5 years experience as Accountant in Retail Industry.
2. • Preparing Inventory consumption Reports, Variances and Budgeting.
3. • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments as per company policies and procedures and credit terms agreed with the suppliers.
4. • Handling supplier reconciliation & monthly payment to the supplier with respect to credit terms (A/P handling) & resolving any accounting discrepancies.
5. • Responsible for organizing and maintaining all accounts receivables files, aging analysis & their follow up.
6. • Responsible for credit collections on all accounts by contacting the customer by phone, e-mail and written correspondence.
7. • Maintaining and verifying the payroll of all the employees including adjustment of allowances, leaves, advances against salaries etc. and timely processing of the payroll and final settlements of the employees.
8. • Checking Petty cash claim from the operation by identifying proper supporting and proper approval and enter the voucher into the system.
9. • Record and Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure these are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
10. • Preparing bank reconciliation statement on a weekly and monthly basis and dealing with banks.
