Summary of Career

1. Perform visual inspections on the welded items which are still in progress to check for deformities or scope for improvement.

2. Witness testing of the welder test assemblies and/or welding operator qualification test assemblies or supervise these activities when performed by outside agencies.

3. Ensures materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance.

4. To verify that welders, welding operators, and tack welders have been qualified in conformance to the applicable standards, and that they’re qualified to use the welding procedures specified for the work.

---

5. Responsible for undertaking, piping design reviews in accordance with appropriate technical standards and specifications associated with the services provided by the Engineering Contractor.

---

6. Taking care of QA/QC documents of all the site works including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

7. Performing actual site line checks and verification as per approve isometric drawings. Conducting surveillance of welding, NDT activities on subcontractors designated area of responsibility.

8. Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping.

---

9. Performing Internal/Surveillance Audits on QMS based on ISO9001:2015.

---

10. Compilations of QC Dossier in accordance with stage mentioned in the ITP.
