Summary of Career
1. Arranging face to face meetings with the clients, negotiating in order to close deals.
2. Trying and developing wats to increase the number of leads and network of clients database.
3. Cold calling, emails, b2b, b2c. Adhering to company policy and requirements. And also making sure a good and trustworthy relationship with the client is built.
4. Have Handled a team of 16 people in indian organisation. Conducting meetings (briefing - one on one or group) weekly or when ever needed.
5. Handling client objections, giving proper and complete product knowledge to the client, with presentations, meetings, depending on the need and nature of the work. Taking care of clients priority and need simultaneously with the companies business policy in order to achieve the goal set and initiate in extending it, also multiplying the chain of reference from the client.
6. Taking care of clients account, from the first meeting till the end of the deal, and also after sales relation in order to check on the client and if needed any further assistance. Also preparing reports of the entire day activities and sending it to the senior level to keep a track of daily activities conducted by me and the team.
7. Handling external or internal communication or management systems. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters,etc.)
8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
9. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
10. Making sure everyone in the team gets assistance and is able to take the initiative to perform well. Keeping the work environment manageable, enjoyable, creative, friendly, flexible and easy to work, handle pressure with certainty.
