  •To implement the PMS on daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  •Plan and assign corrective maintenance jobs to O&M team and may serve as Field Engineer to solve problems at site.
  •Coordinate with client officials and attend weekly meeting with client to ensure on time closure of all the requirements
  •Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly O&M report and share with client.
  •Assisted Plant Manager to achieve IMS certification (ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001, OSAS: 18001) at YUNUS WIND ENERGY LTD.
  •Evaluate performance and provide inputs to help evaluating employees performance.
  •Carry out audits of O&M records on bi-monthly basis.
  •Perform equipment inspection to ensure that it is safely maintained and operable.
  •Supervise the operation and maintenance team for safe and reliable operation of plant.
  •Data sharing (NPMV) with NPPC and to coordinate with RCC & NPCC.
  •Coordinate with 3rd party for troubleshooting and fault rectification.
  •To make sure the implementation of EHS protocols (PTW /
  (LOTO).
  •To participate in EHS trainings/Housekeeping activities and Mock Drills.
