1. Responsible for the Sales & Marketing of Products/Systems including Fire Detection & Alarm System (SCHRACK SECONET, HONEYWELL – MORLEY IAS & FARENHYT), Voice Evacuation System (HONEYWELL), Nurse Call System (SCHRACK SECONET), Fire Suppression System (EKC- FIRETRACE) & various ELV Systems
2. Working closely with consultants, contractors and clients to provide creative technical solution by advising them on the latest standards prevailing in the industry to accomplish all other works that may be required to close sales.
3. Review proposals and estimates to ensure accuracy, company standards, and professional quality to meet company and customer objectives.
4. Review and analyze data for sales forecast, reporting / tracking metrics towards operating plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
5. Building and maintaining executive level relationships with customers to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities to identify sales strategies and tactics for achievement of sales targets
6. Liaising with local Civil Defence Authorities for product approvals.
7. Maintain close relationship with OEMs & Distributors.
8. Liaising with principles to conduct in-house technical trainings for Pre-sales staff.
9. Assigning dedicated tasks for pre-sales (design & estimation) team to achieve sales targets & maintain high levels of efficiency and professionalism
10. Achieve sales target with maximum gross profit assigned by the Management.
