Summary of Career
1. ? Mechanical building services engineering design, from concept design through to construction stage and site supervision and designing a variety of projects (concept, preliminary, detailed). Carrying out design calculations on a variety of buildings i.e. residential, commercial, educational, leisure facilities, industrial etc.
2. ? Preparing drawings for drafting by in-house CAD team. Instruct CAD operators in all project related matters and responsible for the checking of all CAD works done.
3. ? Meeting with suppliers and choosing appropriate materials that satisfy our clients. Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers and Electrical Engineers and any other external design consultant.
4. ? Ensure that international standards and local codes/regulations are followed and implemented in design
5. ? Smoothly ramping up projects with competent skills and ensuring on time deliverables.
6. ? Ability to work independently and design the full project right from concept design to detail design approval.
7. ? Independently handling Mechanical department (HVAC, Drainage & water supply) with all issues related to design and supervision of the above project by considering related standard( ASHRAE, CIBSE, SMACNA, NFPA & UAE Local authorities regulation). ? Ensuring cost saving in all aspects by proper designin
8. ? Responsible for the design review & daily supervision of mechanical installations, including review of submittals, shop drawings, preparation of technical and progress reports, and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
9. ? Designing schematic and layouts for Ducting, Chilled water system drainage and water supply system.
10. ? Responsible for the Shop Drawings coordination between the mechanical and other engineering disciplines as well as reviewing all the design parameters & equipment’s.
