Summary of Career

1. Handling customer queries solve pre/post delivery issues, product inquiry and after sales support through all mediums like phone, chat, and email.


2. Studied and solved the problem faced in the network and provided relevant ideas to tackle the issue. Coordination with vendors, carriers and piping other departments for non-inventory route/time requirements and Inter-discipline communication.


3. Monitoring the transportation network and capping the volume based on manpower and warehouse capacity and available trucks at the site. Place the bids on the dashboard for carriers to quote and award the bid to the best suitable carrier and book ad-hoc trailers and trucks from carriers and planning the route for non-inventory movements.


4. Sending the unloading request, investigating missing trailers based on carrier request and solving the issues faced by carriers and warehouse. Acting as middle mile team for bridging the gap between carriers and fulfillment network.


5. Making a detailed report of the workflow for new hire training and for documentation purpose, uploading them on the share point for easy access for stakeholders and other wider audience. Preparing training modules for refreshing the process key points within the team.


6. Worked on different projects assigned which focused on automation, process improvement, and Operation excellence, running macros and extracting relevant data for reporting purpose.


7. Sound knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Management, Monitoring transportation and inventory/ non-inventory movement, Logistics and carrier management, Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Driving Process Improvement Initiatives, Process Excellence and Project Management.


8. Checking the inventory count remotely and sending the report to the concerned department for rectifying the defects.


9. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.


10. Examine inventory health and bin quality/bin damage as part of maintaining quality standards and loss prevention and check the inventory virtually and send alerts to warehouses for rechecking.
